- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- Combine the sauce ingredients, divide into two separate bowls and set aside (actually 1 ziplock bag...and 1 bowl)
- Marinate the shrimp in one half of the sauce for 15-30 minutes. Discard marinade
- Over medium high heat, pan sear the shrimp until browned, about 1 minute per side
- Top with the other half of the sauce and serve!
