ingredients
- 6oz Filet of Salmon
- 6-7 Asparagus Spears (Most other Veggies will work too)
- 1 Tbsp whipped butter
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Clove of Garlic (pressed)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper to taste
directions
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Cut a sheet of aluminum foil big enough for the fish and veggies
- Place the asparagus on the foil then top with the Salmon
- Mix Butter, Parmesan, Garlic, and Lemon Juice in a bowl to make a paste
- Spread that mixture on top of the Salmon
- Cut another piece of foil to cover everything AND be able to fold up the sides
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes
