Butter Parmesan Shrimp

Ingredients Related Tips

  • 1 lb extra large or jumbo shrimp
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (homemade recipe HERE if you need one)
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic


  1. Clean and devain the shrimp.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for a minute.
  3. Add shrimp and sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Cook covered for 2 minutes.
  4. Squeeze halved lemon over shrimp and then sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook for another two minutes or until shrimp turn white.
