Secret is always Avocado
ingredients
All you actually need is:
chicken, cooked and shredded
avocado
Everything else is just for your own personal taste, I used:
green onion, sliced to taste
cilantro to taste
lime juice to taste
salt/pepper to taste
And a LITTLE mayo if you NEED it :)

Mix it all together, chopping by hand or using a processor - tasting as you go.
The Chicken/Avocado ratio is really up to you. I used 1 Avocado for every 2 cups of chicken or so. Everything else is added to taste. Enjoy the healthy alternative.
