Creamy Chicken and Rice Casserole
ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast, diced
1 large can of cream of chicken
1 cup of milk
2 cups of instant rice
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of frozen broccoli, peas, or beans
1 Tbsp butter
directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook rice according to directions on package.
Dice chicken and fry in butter until thoroughly cooked.
Combine cooked rice, chicken, can of soup, milk, and frozen vegetables. Spread evenly in 9x13 casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
