Cabbage
Chicken breast
Chopped almonds
Avacado
Salt/pepper
Minced garlic
Minced onions
directions
First cut up the cabbage into bite size pieces. Next steam the cabbage for about 15 minutes or however long your steamer says. I like my cabbage very soft. As your cabbage is steaming cut up your chicken breasts and cook it over a stove. Add garlic and onion to taste. Once chicken and cabbage are done cooking make a salad. First put cabbage on the bottom add some chicken and almonds and some cut up avocado. Yummy!!!
