one cup of almonds and water


Let the almonds soak in water for 4-8 hours, then drain them and put them in a blender with 4 cups of new and fresh water and mix. Pour the mix into a fine mesh strainer and drain. Store it in the fridge and enjoy!

Great to make if someone you know is lactose intolerant or vegan.
