Best/Easiest Chicken Ever

description

Dump your fridge in a bowl?

ingredients

Chicken Breasts, Lemon Juice, Italian Dressing, seasonings

directions

You marinate chicken breast (as much as you need) in a combination of:
Italian dressing
Lemon Juice
Italian seasoning (very little) or oregano
Garlic powder
Garlic pepper

You want almost equal parts of lemon juice and Italian dressing, and the chicken breast to marinate fully covered (i usually do it in a plastic baggie), and you can mix and match the seasonings and spices to what you like, but what i listed is my tried and true favorite. You can marinate for 10 minutes to 24 hours.

You want to dump the marinade and chicken into a small baking pan or dish (just don't overlap the pieces), so the marinade still covers or half covers the chicken while it cooks (it keeps it perfectly moist)

Then bake in the oven at 350 until the chicken is done (I always cut the chicken open to see), but i have cooked it to long before and it never cooks badly.

Another option if you have a George Forman is to cook it on there, it always blackens on the outside but the marinade makes it taste amazing!
