ingredients
1/2 cup of dry white wine
2 tablespoons of oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of tarragon
One 3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
directions
Combine the wine, oil, lemon, onion, and tarragon. Pour over chicken and marinate for 3 to 4 hours, turning chicken frequently. Drain. Place the butter, parsley, and rosemary in small saucepan. Heat until butter is melted.
