Parmesan Meatball Skillet

LOVE it!

ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Spaghetti Sauce (storebought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • For topping-
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley chopped finely

directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and shape into the balls.
  2. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes (they won't be TOTALLY done)
  3. Transfer the meatballs to a skillet and pour spaghetti sauce over the top.
  4. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and parsley
  5. Place back in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 more minutes until everything is nice and melty.
  6. Enjoy!!
