More Meatball Parmesan Casserole

With your homemade meatballs?! FUGEDDABOUDDIT :)

ingredients

 

  • 20 to 25 large meatballs, cooked (precooked or HOMEMADE RECIPE HERE if you need one)
  • 2 (24 oz.) jars marinara sauce
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 c. shredded or grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 to 2 T. chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  1. Place meatballs in a greased baking pan. Pour sauce evenly over the top.
  2. Baked, covered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Uncover and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and just beginning to brown a bit.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional)
  6. Serve as-is, spooned over noodles or warm garlic bread slices, or as a filling in sub rolls.
