These... ain't... bad :)
ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (or Sirloin, or combo)
- 1 large Garlic Clove, crushed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 egg, room temp
- 3/4 cup water, room temp
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Pre seasoned, or you can season yourself with Oregano, Basil, and Garlic Powder
directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Place Meat in a mixing bowl
- Add Garlic to the meat and rub the garlic around the top of the meat (not mix, layer)
- Season with salt and pepper
- Crack your egg on top of the mixture (Remember, you have not stirred or mixed anything yet, your just layering)
- Pour water over the top
- Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese to make a "top layer"
- Cover the cheese with the Bread Crumbs
- NOW you are ready to mix, from the OUTSIDE of the bowl to the inside to fold it in
- Go around the bowl twice, do not over mix
- Roll into balls and place on a greased baking sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes until the meatballs begin to brown
- When baking is complete, add meatballs to your favorite sauce and let them simmer for about 30 minutes
- Serve over Pasta... on a Sandwich... whatever :)
