Ingredients
•Beef (any type can be used such as beef round bottom roast)
•Vegatable oil (or an oil of your liking)
•4 tomatoes
•1/2 white onion (or six stalks of green onions)
•A packet of SazónGoya red flaoring packet (optional)
•Tones' rosemary garlic seasoning (optional)
•Garlic pepper seasoning
•Parsley
•Oregano
•Celery salt
•Black pepper
•Seasoned salt
•Garlic powder
Directions
1) Heat a skillet or pan on the fire (I usually do it at the highest temperature) and pour a bit of oil on it (perhaps 1/2 cup or less, depending on your preference)
2) Cut beef into small equal pieces
3) Cut tomatoes and onion(s) into slices and pour them onto the skillet. Sauté them for ten-fifteen minutes (Make sure they don't burn!).
4) Dump beef onto the skillet and fry it. Do this for ten minutes.
5) Season it up now! Add the rosemary garlic seasoning, parsley, oregano, black pepper, celary salt, garlic pepper seasoning, and garlic powder. Don't add too much! Lots of seasoning can never be a bad thing but too much will make your family push the plate away.
6) Stir every few minutes for five minutes before adding water. Let it sit for ten minutes.
7) Add the packet of SazónGoya red flacoring and stir. Let the dish sit and stir occasionally.
8) If you started the dish at, say, 5:00 and the clock now reads six (or less), you should be done! Be sure to taste the food and adjust it to your liking. If its too salty, throw in some cut potatoes and let them boil-- potatoes are rather good for sucking up salt and you're family will get an extra treat! Not enough salt? Add as much regular or celery salt as you need and let it cook for a few minutes. Serve it with some rice or a pasta dish and bon appetite!
