Chopped:
2 Tomatoes
1 Avocado
1/4 Red Onion
1 tbsp Oregano
1 clove minced Garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
4 ounces crumbled Feta
directions
In a bowl, gently stir together tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic. Mix in parsley and oregano. Gently stir in olive oil and vinegar. Then stir in feta. Cover, and chill in the fridge for at least and hour.
