No Fat Oatmeal Cookies

ingredients

1/2 C Mashed Bananas
1/2 C Applesauce
1 C Splenda Brown Sugar
1/2 C Splenda/Sugar
2 Egg Whites
1 t Vanilla
1-1/2 C All-Purpose Flour
1 t Baking Soda
2 t Cinnamon
1 t Salt
3 C Oatmeal
1 C Dried Fruit Pieces or Raisins

directions

Heat oven to 350.
Beat bananas, applesauce, and sugars until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla: beat well.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats and fruit; mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute and move to cookie sheet.
