This dip pairs well as a dessert to walking tacos or a taco bar
ingredients
(1) 8 ounce block of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
The juice and zest of 8-10 key limes (no seeds)
graham crackers (cinnamon or honey)
directions
Mix all ingredients well. Crush approximately 1 cup of graham crackers and set aside on a plate.
Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended together in a medium size bowl.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Take mixture out of bowl,form into a ball and roll in the crushed graham crackers to coat.
Cover with cellophane and return the cheese ball back to the refrigerator for an hour to chill or use right away if you prefer.
Serve with cinnamon or honey graham crackers.
