Easier than going to the fair :)

ingredients

Waffle mix, water, vegetable oil, powdered sugar

directions

Use directions on back of the waffle mix box by adding water to desired consistency. I found it easier to take a cleaned out ketchup bottle and pour the waffle mix into it. If need be make the hole of the ketchup bottle a bit bigger. In a large non stick frying pan boil on medium to high heat a full bottle (34-40 oz) of vegetable oil. While oil is at full boil pour waffle mix batter into oil making swirly designs. You can even get creative with this after you master it after a while. Once the waffle batter is at a golden brown use a spatula to lift it out and onto a plate. I did this and cut it into four. The kids enjoyed dusting the powdered sugar on top. Can also top with cinnamon, syrup, honey, or fruit.
