ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder
  • 1 or 2 cans of root beer
  • 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
  • bag of coleslaw
  • coleslaw dressing
  • bag of soft buns

directions

  • Tenderize the pork shoulder
  • Put pork and root beer in the crock pot (put in as much root beer as there is room in the pot. For us, it is 1/2 can because we have a very small crockpot.)
  • Put on low for 6+ hours.
  • Take out pork, strain, shred with a fork, add in BBQ sauce to taste.
  • Make coleslaw
  • Put meat and coleslaw on bun
  • Enjoy!!
