ingredients
- Pork Shoulder
- 1 or 2 cans of root beer
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
- bag of coleslaw
- coleslaw dressing
- bag of soft buns
directions
- Tenderize the pork shoulder
- Put pork and root beer in the crock pot (put in as much root beer as there is room in the pot. For us, it is 1/2 can because we have a very small crockpot.)
- Put on low for 6+ hours.
- Take out pork, strain, shred with a fork, add in BBQ sauce to taste.
- Make coleslaw
- Put meat and coleslaw on bun
- Enjoy!!
