Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs

Everyone LOVES these!!

ingredients

  • 2lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cans Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 1 bottle Teriyaki sauce (homemade recipe HERE if you need one)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Green Onions, chopped
  • Peppers, chopped (if you need a little heat)

directions

  1. Mix Ground Beef, Eggs, Bread Crumbs, Onions, Peppers, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper
  2. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet
  3. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
  4. Put 1/2 the bottle of Teriyaki Sauce and the cans of Pineapple in the Slow Cooker
  5. Add the Meatballs and stir to make sure they're coated (add more Teriyaki sauce if needed)
  6. Top with more Green Onions
  7. Cook on LOW for about an hour or so just to heat everything up, then keep it warm.  

Note: You can just toss the meatballs in the sauce, I used the slow cooker for serving.
