Everyone LOVES these!!
ingredients
- 2lbs Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 cans Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 1 bottle Teriyaki sauce (homemade recipe HERE if you need one)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Green Onions, chopped
- Peppers, chopped (if you need a little heat)
directions
- Mix Ground Beef, Eggs, Bread Crumbs, Onions, Peppers, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper
- Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet
- Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
- Put 1/2 the bottle of Teriyaki Sauce and the cans of Pineapple in the Slow Cooker
- Add the Meatballs and stir to make sure they're coated (add more Teriyaki sauce if needed)
- Top with more Green Onions
- Cook on LOW for about an hour or so just to heat everything up, then keep it warm.
Note: You can just toss the meatballs in the sauce, I used the slow cooker for serving.
