Shredded, seasoned chicken soup with a variety of beans
ingredients
- 2-3 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 packet (3 Tbsp) ranch dressing mix
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 can tomatoes with chilies (I use Rotel)
- 1 can black beans undrained
- 1 can white beans undrained (I use great northern)
- 1 can vegetarian baked beans
- 1 can corn undrained
directions
- Place frozen chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker
- layer remaining ingredients.
- When chicken is cooked (usually about 4-6 hours on low), shred and return to slow cooker.
- Mix together.
**This soup is fantastic alone but you can add all sorts of toppings such as tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
