8 ounces Egg Beaters egg substitute
confectioners' sugar, for sprinkling (optional)
4 large strawberries (optional)

directions

1 Heat skillet and spray with butter flavored cooking spray.
2 Dip bread into egg eeaters.
3 Put bread onto heated skillet and flip when browned.
4 When plated, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
