Ingredients Related Tips

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb sausage, bacon, or ham
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix eggs and milk in large bowl
  3. Cut each biscuit into fours
  4. Add biscuits to bowl
  5. Cook meat and season and add to bowl
  6. Add cheese to bowl
  7. Mix all up and pour into greased 9×13 pan
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or untill no longer runny and biscuits are browned
