Overnight oatmeal with apple pie taste!
1 part oatmeal1 part milk/non-dairy milkapple/dried apple piecesSpices as desired - cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, macePeanut butter or peanut flour
The night before:If using a fresh apple, cut into bite sized pieces. If using dried, break up the pieces a little. Mix the oats, milk, apple pieces, and spices in a bowl.Cover the bowel with plastic wrap or a plate and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning:Top with peanut butter or peanut flower and extra milk. Enjoy!
It'll keep in the fridge for a couple days :)
