Apple Pie Muesli


Overnight oatmeal with apple pie taste!

Ingredients Related Tips

1 part oatmeal
1 part milk/non-dairy milk
apple/dried apple pieces
Spices as desired - cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, mace
Peanut butter or peanut flour


The night before:
If using a fresh apple, cut into bite sized pieces. If using dried, break up the pieces a little.
Mix the oats, milk, apple pieces, and spices in a bowl.
Cover the bowel with plastic wrap or a plate and put it in the fridge overnight.

In the morning:
Top with peanut butter or peanut flower and extra milk. Enjoy!
