Ingredients Related Tips

  • 1 ready to bake pizza crust (I used Pillsbury)
  • 2 cans Apple pie filling
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tbs cinnamon
  • container of fluffy white icing


  • roll out ready to go pizza crust to thinly fit a round pizza pan or cookie sheet
  • Place on greased pan
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 6-7 mins
  • Chop small 2 cans of apple pie filling
  • Spread on pre-baked crust
  • In a bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, butter and quick oats
  • Using a pasty blender or fork mix well till pea sizes of combined mix
  • Spread on top of apple pie filing
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 mins
  • Remove, and allow to cool
  • Ice with white icing
  • Serve with vanilla bean or butterscotch ripple ice cream
