ingredients
- 1 ready to bake pizza crust (I used Pillsbury)
- 2 cans Apple pie filling
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tbs cinnamon
- container of fluffy white icing
directions
- roll out ready to go pizza crust to thinly fit a round pizza pan or cookie sheet
- Place on greased pan
- Bake at 400 degrees for 6-7 mins
- Chop small 2 cans of apple pie filling
- Spread on pre-baked crust
- In a bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, butter and quick oats
- Using a pasty blender or fork mix well till pea sizes of combined mix
- Spread on top of apple pie filing
- Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 mins
- Remove, and allow to cool
- Ice with white icing
- Serve with vanilla bean or butterscotch ripple ice creamÂ
