ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 habanero (optional)
  • 1 thai red chili (optional)
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • salt, to taste

directions

  1. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise and de-seed.
  2. In a bowl beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Then add in the cheese, garlic, paprika and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Stuff the bell pepper with the filling and then press the jalapeño inside.
  4. Fill the jalapeno with the filling and press the habanero into it. Repeat with the thai chili.
  5. Wrap in foil and Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes and then broil on high for 5 minutes to brown the cheese and char the outside.
