ingredients
- 1 (8-count) can of Pillsbury Flaky Grand’s Biscuits
- 1 pound bacon, each slice cut in half
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) container of cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh jalapenos
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (I used Canola)

Frying Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and preheat your oil for deep-frying.
- Seed and chop the jalapenos.
- In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped jalapeños and salt and pepper until well combined.
- Pop open the biscuits and cut each one into fourths.
- Roll out each piece of dough into a small disk and place a teaspoon of cheese and jalapeno filling into the center.
- Seal it up tightly, making sure that the seam is completely closed. Wrap the stuffed dough ball with a half strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Deep fry until bacon is crispy. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy while still melty.
Baking Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 350
- Pre cook your Bacon about 1/4 of the way done. (so the Bacon Crisps up nicely)
- Follow steps 2-6 from above
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
