ingredients
1 cup Frozen Peas
1 tbsp Fresh Mint
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
directions
Boil the water.
Add the peas.
Bring to a boil again and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the mint and cayenne
Put in blender. Pour into 2 bowls.
Serve with a dollop of greek yogurt (optional) to add a bit of tartness.
