I always have this in my Fridge

ingredients

6 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup lemon juice, preferably fresh
1 bay leaf
2 1/2 ounces spaghetti
2 cups chicken breasts, diced into bite sized chunks

directions

1 Bring the broth, lemon juice and bay leaf to a boil.
2 Let boil for 10-15 minutes.
3 Remove bay leaf.
4 Bring down to simmer.
5 Add the chicken and spaghetti.
6 Simmer until both are cooked through

Amazing recipe. Loved it! I subsituted white rice for the spaghetti, and after it had cooked, added in some italian seasoning, pepper, and a dash of cream to add some richness. Fantastic easy recipe that I will be using again!
