ingredients
1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
200 ml vegatable stock
50 ml single cream
directions
1 Add Tomatoes, Basil, Sugar and Stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2 Simmer for about 5 minues.
3 Using a hand blender, blend the soup until smooth.
4 Add cream and return to heat for a furth 3 minutes.
