                        Fresh Cut (or take out) french fries
4 ounces Velveeta cheese 
1/4 cup enchilada sauce (or taco sauce) 
5 tablespoons water 
1 tablespoon chili powder 
1 -2 tablespoon sour cream

                        1 Firstly you want to make sure that you have your french fries ready. 
2 As I stated I would either use fresh cut fries or take out fries, not frozen fries just because I don't think it will yield the desired taste as fresh cut fries or take out will. 
3 Then you want to prepare your cheese sauce which is incredibly easy. 
4 Now I put approximate measurements. You can always add more or less if you choose, just add all the sauce ingredients together EXCEPT for the sour cream in a small sauce pan and let Velveeta completely melt in with the enchilada sauce and water. Once done, you want to arrange the fries on the bottom of a nice little plate, then add sauce on top, then the sour cream will be used as a garnish on top. 
5 I'm sure this isn't the most healthy dish, but it's really TASTY!
