ingredients

2 1/2 cups Krusteaz Pancake mix

5 Tbsp butter (sofetened)

2-21/2 heaping tsp unsweetened apple sauce

2 Tbsp ricotta cheese, seasoned to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper 1/4 water

directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees In large bowl, combine pancake mix, apple sauce, ricotta, butter, and water. Mix well with fork or pastry cutter.

Once desired consistency has been reached, transfer dough to lightly floured surface.

Roll dough out to 1/2" thickness and use glass or biscuit cutter to cut biscuits.

Grease baking sheet with cooking spray and back 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
