ingredients

Cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chili powder on top!

- All of the ingredients are to your own taste.  The Oil and Lemon Juice should be just enough to "cover" the Cucumber slices

- I used the Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon and 1 tsp of Chili Powder

directions

Just mix it all together an enjoy

This recipe is very good and I just did a drizzle of olive oil couple splashes lemon juice also added little pepper

I you want to try the ORIGINAL recipe. Use a mandolin slice peeled(!) cucumbers very thinly. Add tablespoon of salt and let is stand for about an hour. The slices will discard bitter liquid content. cont next comment

Cont from previous: Move the cucumber into another bowl squeezing out liquid. Continue as per this recipe. Optionally add a heaped tablespoon blob of sour-cream to edge plate with each serving. Like is popular side dish.
