Tropical yumminess that is tasty and full of vitamin C and other stuff that is probably good for you!

ingredients

½ C of frozen pineapple tidbits ½ C of frozen mango chunks ½ C of cold coconut water (or use coconut milk from a can) ½ C plain or honey sweetened yogurt 1 medium banana broken into pieces so it fits into blender

directions

I do a lot of shopping at Trader Joe's so that is where all of these ingredients come from... Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth (my current blending device takes about 10 minutes). Due to most of the fruits being pre-frozen, there are no need for ice cubes and any chunks remaining will actually be fruit. Makes 2 healthy servings or 1 cold fruit soup for lunch!
