2 handfuls fresh or frozen chopped kale 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 1 banana, peeled and frozen 1 orange, peeled 1 apple, cored 1 cup milk (I suggest almond milk or coconut milk) 4 ice cubes (optional)
