No Jelly!
ingredients
2 Slices of Bread (Don't use white if you want to stay healthy!)
1 Cup for Fruit of your choice (Strawberries, grapes, or bananas work the best!)
Peanut Butter (enough to cover bread - make sure there's nothing hydronated or there's no trans-fat in the peanut butter.)
directions
Wash your fruit and slice it into thin bits.
Spread peanut butter on both slices of bread.
Place the fruit so it covers one side of bread.
Put both slices of bread together to form a sandwich.
Enjoy you're healthy sandwich!
