ingredients
1 (10.5 oz) can of cooked chicken or any cooked chicken
1/4 red apple
5/8 tsp. mustard
2/3 stick of celery stock
1/8 tsp. hidden valley ranch powder mix
mayonassie
salt and pepper, to taste

directions
1) Mix mayo and chicken together. Start with a little mayo first and then add more later. You don't want the mixture in the end to be to wet because it won't stick together as well.
2) Chop apple and celery to thickness of your liking. I like mine almost minced like. Then mix in with the chicken and mayo.
3) Add the mustard, ranch, salt, and pepper and mix it all together.
4) If you want to, toast the bread and then put the chicken salad on it. Enjoy.
