Super cheesey yummy grilled cheese
ingredients
2 slices bread
1/4 cup or so shredded cheese (which ever you prefer/ have on had will work)
Butter (I prefer spray)
directions
Butter one side of each slice of bread and place butter side down in cold skillet. Sprinkle each slice with cheese, use your own judgment 1/4c was just an estimation I've never actually measured it before. Place the lid on the skillet and turn it on medium heat. Cook until the cheese is melted and the bottoms are golden brown. When done stick the two slices together cheese side in and enjoy!
