Great use for the leftover mashed, It's a dessert too :)

ingredients

Canned Biscuits,

Mashed Potatoes (recipe HERE)

Pre-made Basil Pesto (homemade pesto here)

directions

  1. Rip biscuits in half and flatten out into muffin tins.
  2. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes.
  3. While in oven mix mashed potatoes and basil pesto together
  4. Take out mufifn tins...fill each biscuit with a spoonful of taters
  5. Bake for another 10-12 minutes until biscuit gets a nice brown color!
