ingredients
1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, scrubbed and thickly sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup green onion, thinly sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
1 Cook Potatoes till tender (I prefer to steam them for 20 min).
2 Add Butter and milk and mash until blended.
3 Fold in green onions, salt and pepper.
