ingredients
- 1 bag cauliflower
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs cream
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- chives
- parsley
- Any other spices you want (I like Paprika)
directions
- Steam cauliflower. Drain thoroughly.
- Add to food processor with the rest of the ingredients and any spices you want. Process to desired texture.
- I add parsley, chives, rosemary, thyme, etc.
- Lots of pepper and cream make it considerably better but too much liquids makes it runny so be careful.
