ingredients

1 head red coleslaw, chopped or shredded
1 cucumber, slice/chopped
1 tbsp regular mayo
3-4 tbsp pickle juice or vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

directions

Mix it all together and enjoy!

There are 195 calories in one serving (less if you don't drink the juice!).

**Note**
If you let it sit over night in the fridge it tastes even better the next day.
