4 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach,
thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
Fine bread crumbs
Paprika (optional)
directions
Place spinach in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Soften cream cheese and butter in microwave for 1 minute. Beat until combined. Pour over spinach. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or in the microwave, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes.
