ingredients

3 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of Baking powder
2 1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 can of beer
1 tablespoon of honey

directions

Grease loaf pan. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, beer, and honey in large bowl, stir together until well mixed. Bake in preheated 350ºF. oven for 45 minutes

AMAZING! Not salty in the least bit. I put a little extra honey and used Modelo beer.

Inedibly salty! I cut the salt in half the second time I tried this recipe and its much better.

I made this recipe a while ago using all purpose flower baking soda I think salt and butter. It was absolutely amazing I suggest everyone try that too! The bread has this wonderful buttery crunchy crust.

how big a can of beer to use? 12 oz, or 16oz or a different size.

not bad, not salty. i used a dos equis amber as my beer, and didn't cut back the amount of salt. i used multi purpose whole grain flour.
