Ingredients Related Tips

4 tomatoes (don't make this unless your tomatoes are home grown or vine ripened!)
1/4 cup basil leaves, torn
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil (best you can afford)
fresh ground black pepper
sea salt


1 Slice the tomatoes horizontally.
2 Arrange on a serving platter.
3 Drizzle with the oil, scatter the basil leaves over and season with the salt and pepper.
4 Enjoy.
