A Delicious Portable Pizza

ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury pizza dough (or your favorite dough recipe)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 cup Canadian bacon
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar
  • Pizza seasoning

directions

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Season tomato paste to taste (I some times substitute with a white sauce)
  • Mix Sauce and all your fixings in a bowl
  • Set aside
  • Roll out Pillsbury dough to a nice even layer
  • Cut the rectangle into 2 squares
  • Place half of your sauce mixture onto one half of the squares and fold over either to create a triangle or a rectangle press the edges
  • Gently karate chop the middle to create 2 even halves and then cut
  • Reheat with remainder of dough
  • When you have 4 portions make 3-1 inch slices in tops to allow venting or you will have a blow out
  • Place in the pre-heated over for 25 min or until golden brown or your desired texture
  • When finished let sit for about 10 min
  • Enjoy
