Wonderful Summer Pasta

ingredients

Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) box rotini pasta
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
DRESSING
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons sugar

directions

Directions
1 Cook rotini per package directions to al dente.
2 Rinse rotini with cold water and drain well.
3 While pasta is cooking, chop green pepper, celery and onion.
4 Mix dressing ingredients; set aside.
5 Add chopped veggies to cooked and well-drained rotini, mix well.
6 Add dressing and stir to mix.
7 Add shredded cheese, stir and chill until serving time.
