Amazing sauce!
ingredients
- 1 lb pasta (I used spaghetti)
- 1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Sauce
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha (optional)
directions
- Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta and drain well.
- Toss uncooked shrimp in a medium sized bowl with paprika, garlic and, pepper
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large sauté pan, add shrimp and cook 3 minutes on each side or until pink and firm to touch.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, shrimp and sauce mixture and toss together!
- You could also just toss the Sauce and Shrimp together and place on a "Bed" of pasta if the sauce is a little too much for ya. Enjoy!!
