ingredients
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 3/4 cup of Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3 cups of crushed Corn Flakes
- 1.75 quart container Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 8oz tub of Cool Whip
- 3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Honey for Drizzling
directions
Leave Ice Cream out to soften for 30 minutes
For the Crust: In a Skillet -
- Melt Butter then add Sugar and Salt. Stir until fully combined. (2 minutes)
- Add Corn Flakes and cook for another 5 minutes
In a Mixing Bowl
- Mix Ice Cream, Cool Whip, and Cinnamon
In a baking dish:
- Press about 1/2 the "Cornflake Crust" into the bottom and let cool
- Spread the "Ice Cream Mixture" over the Crust.
- Sprinkle/Top with the rest of the "Cornflake Crust"
- Throw in the freezer for a few hours.
- Take out, Drizzle with Honey, and serve!
